Flylight by Drift

Ciao bella! Peep this piece currently up at Milan Design Week , ” Flylight “is an exhibit by Lonneke Gordijn and Ralph Nauta (DRIFT ), in conjunction with engineers Klaas van der Molen and Luuk van Laake.

The piece was inspired by the movements of a flock of birds, as illustrated by the video below:





160 glass tubes interacts with the public, as each tube is programmed with ultrasonic sensors, creating an interactive experience for viewers.
